Write to us for the terms and conditions of renting this villa, discounts do apply for long stays and first time renters. If renting for the first time, there is a reduced rate which is 40% off the rental for the villa which based on a weekly fee.
The property is a Non Smoking environment, and Not Pets are allowed unless
under special circumstances.
